Saybrook Landing is proud to shine a well-deserved spotlight on our Employee of the Month, Brittini Durey!



Brittini’s journey in healthcare began with a simple inspiration—her mother’s dream of becoming a nurse. That spark led Brittini to explore the healthcare field herself, and from the moment she began working as an STNA, she fell in love with the difference she could make each and every day. “I love knowing that I make a difference in someone's life just by showing up,” she shared. “Helping my residents makes it all worth it.”

A 2008 graduate of ECOT’s homeschooling program, Brittini brings not only compassion and dedication to our team but a deep sense of connection with our residents and their families. She takes the time to learn what each person enjoys so she can provide care rooted in understanding and empathy.

Brittini has been happily married to her husband, Wyatt, for 13 years, and together they have three amazing children—Faith (17), Jordan (14), and Triniti (11)—along with their three beloved pitbulls: Skye, Mocha, and Stitch. In her free time, she enjoys reading and going on nature walks with her family, especially in her favorite season, fall, when the leaves begin to change. And if there’s strawberry shortcake on the menu, that’s a guaranteed favorite!
