May Employee of the Month

Saybrook Landing is proud to celebrate Cindy Dibell as our Employee of the Month!

Cindy is a shining star in our Housekeeping and Laundry Department, where she not only takes immense pride in her work but brings a contagious energy to every room she enters. Known as “the life of the party,” Cindy has a knack for lifting spirits—even on the toughest days—and making both residents and coworkers smile.



When asked why she stays in healthcare, Cindy said it best: “Because I love my residents and their loved ones. I get attached to the residents and look forward to seeing them when I come into work each shift. And it’s a family-like atmosphere here at Saybrook. I love working here!”

Our residents and their families regularly praise Cindy for her hard work, kind heart, and the way she takes time out of her busy day to connect with those around her. Her dedication goes far beyond cleaning rooms—she helps make our building feel like home.

Cindy is engaged to her longtime love, Chet, and is a proud mom to three daughters—Brittani, Hannah, and Sydney—and grandma to two grandsons. At home, she’s also mom to two dogs: Apollo, a Great Dane/Pitbull mix, and Scrappy, a Pitbull who is proudly a mama’s boy.

In her free time, Cindy loves Wii bowling with family and friends and hitting the lanes at the local Eagles Club, where she and Chet are members. Singing and dancing are also favorite pastimes, which makes sense for someone with so much joy to share.
