Employee Spotlight

This month's Spotlight Staff member is Christine Randolph.

Christine is an RN, who generally works day shift, but will periodically pick up a night shift when needed. She graduated Edgewood High School in 1992. She is married and has two boys and one girl, Taner who is 26, Claire who is 17, and Trae who is 16. When she is not working here at the facility she can be found sitting on the bleachers at one of her children’s many sporting events. (She’s the one shouting the loudest! “Dig, Claire! Dig!”) Christine and her husband, Tim, also like to take their motorcycle out for a ride when the weather permits.

Christine is known for her culinary skills, especially when it comes to her Italian cuisines. The staff often gets to sample the leftovers when she works the next day. Her Italian background has provided for an easy connection when it comes to our Italian heritage Residents. She will often use that to spike up a conversation and make them feel right at home.



Christine started out in nursing over 10 years ago as an STNA. She attended Kent Ashtabula where she earned her nursing degree and became a Registered Nurse. She is known for her signature white scrubs, bubbly personality, and her contagious smile. Her peers will tell you she is always willing to provide a helping hand and her STNA’s will tell you she is a hands on nurse who isn’t shy to get in there and help no matter what is needed. Her Residents will tell you she has a laugh that will make your day and has a heart of gold. They will tell you that she takes her time and really talks to them and puts them at ease when needed. She was nicknamed, Florence Nightingale from one of her Residents and will forever stick with her.
