June Employee of the Month

Saybrook Landing is delighted to announce that June’s Employee of the Month is Traci Palo, LPN. Traci serves as one of our dedicated Night Shift nurses and supervisors, providing exceptional care and leadership during the most crucial hours. A 1990 graduate of Conneaut High School, Traci has been making a significant impact in the healthcare field since earning her LPN license in 2011.



Traci has a loving family that includes her husband of 26 years, two daughters, a son, and two granddaughters, with a grandson on the way. When asked about her motivation for choosing a career in healthcare, Traci said, "I wanted to make a difference. I sought a career where I could positively impact someone's life and contribute to the world in a meaningful way."

Her commitment to long-term care is driven by a deep sense of compassion for the elderly. Traci remarked, "I stay in long-term care because I still care deeply. I have so much empathy for the elderly and the many challenges they've faced throughout their lives. Many of our residents remind me of my grandparents and the struggles they endured over the years."

Traci’s colleagues describe her as an organized, loving, and compassionate nurse who consistently goes above and beyond in her role. Congratulations, Traci! We are incredibly grateful for your dedication and the wonderful care you provide to our residents. Keep up the fantastic work!
