March Employee of the Month

Saybrook Landing proudly recognizes Aleigha as March's Employee of the Month! After graduating from Edgewood High School and ATECH for Graphic Arts in 2012, Aleigha found her passion in healthcare during the COVID pandemic. Inspired by a friend, she pursued becoming an STNA, finding fulfillment in helping others during challenging times.



Aleigha's dedication to Long Term Care stems from its supportive environment, where teamwork and autonomy flourish. She values the camaraderie and mutual respect among colleagues, fostering a positive work atmosphere. Known for her hard work, flexibility, and unwavering dedication, Aleigha is praised by peers for her positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.

Outside of work, Aleigha enjoys spending time drawing, accompanied by her emotional support dog, Symphony, a Pitbull. She also finds joy in socializing with friends at Raceway 7. Aleigha's commitment to excellence and compassionate care truly exemplifies the values of Saybrook Landing. Congratulations, Aleigha, on this well-deserved recognition!
