Meet Saybrook Landing's Administrative Team

April 24th was Administrative Professionals Day and Saybrook Landing wanted to take the time to celebrate some of our Administrative Team Members. Carissa A., our Admissions Director; Tracy N., our Medical Records coordinator; and Kim L., our Business Office Manager. Each of these ladies plays a vital role in how the facility runs.



Carissa assists with the admission process and getting insurance companies' approvals for patients to be admitted to the facility. She is the face of Saybrook Landing and is always spreading our Culture of Care to those she comes in contact with. She loves to be out and about sharing how wonderful our nursing home is and the premier services.

Tracy runs a very neat ship. She is in charge of residents' medical records, organizing them, uploading paperwork into their files, and auditing them to ensure everything is there. She is also in charge of scheduling residents' appointments and transportation, and scheduling for STNAs. Tracy is an organized and dedicated person which is why she is perfect for this job. 

Kim L. has always been good with money by keeping track of it, balancing checkbooks, and auditing accounts. That's why she's the perfect person for the Business Office. She is in charge of keeping track of residents' personal funds accounts who choose to have one set up here at the facility. She is also in charge of accounts receivable and balancing the facilities checkbook. She assists residents and families with the Medicaid process, which is a big help in itself. Kim is a big ball of knowledge when it comes to Medicaid and helps out whenever she can.
