In the bustling halls of Saybrook Landing, there beats a rhythm of longevity and compassion, from the dedicated employees who call this place home. Among them, two remarkable women, Pam West and Tiffany Hansen, whose commitment and empathy thrive.



Meet Pam West, a seasoned nurse with 27 years of experience all within our company. Pam's story began as an STNA at a sister facility, a stepping stone on her path to becoming a registered nurse. Through hard work and dedication, she earned her RN degree from KSU, all while nurturing her passion for providing exceptional care to those in need.

For Pam, Saybrook Landing is more than just a workplace; it's her second home, where residents are embraced with warmth and compassion. In 2012, she transferred from a sister facility as the Director of Nursing. Her favorite part of the job? “Ensuring that every resident receives excellent nursing care and confirming that their stay at the facility is enjoyable.” But Pam's contributions extend beyond nursing duties; she takes pride in mentoring aspiring STNAs, guiding them on their journey to success in the healthcare field.

Then there's Tiffany Hansen, who has been with the company for 23 years and has worn multiple hats. Beginning in housekeeping and laundry, transitioning into an Activities Assistant, Director, the SSD, an STNA, Cook, Admissions, and transportation.

Tiffany's journey reached new heights when she played a pivotal role in the grand opening of Saybrook Landing. When she was asked to make a pureed diet for the very first resident, she felt honored and gladly accepted. Witnessing the facility's growth, from its infancy to full occupancy, filled her with a sense of joy. Tiffany stated, “It’s like watching your own child grow up before your very own eyes. It is personal to me. I put my blood, sweat, and tears into this building since day one and want it to succeed more than anything!”

Pam and Tiffany's stories summarize the heart of Saybrook Landing—where longevity meets compassion, and every individual plays a vital role in shaping the facility's story.
