Welcoming Our New Maintenance Director!

At Saybrook Landing, we know that to provide the best care, we must find the right people who will be in the right places doing the right things for the right reasons. Our team is filled with individuals who are willing to go above and beyond to provide our residents with the best quality of life possible. We're excited to introduce a new employee that speaks to our core values - Saybrook Landing's New Maintenance Director, James Grant!

James started working in healthcare in his 20s as an STNA. He began working in Maintenance almost three years ago as an Assistant, and eventually, worked his way up to a Director position. When asked what he likes best about working in the healthcare industry, he shared, "The stories that the residents share, of course!"



James lives in Ashtabula, Ohio, and is a single dad of two. His two loving children are a son named Gavin and a daughter named Paige. Up until recently, his favorite hobby has been playing softball on Sundays. Since his kids are into sports of their own now, he stays quite busy keeping up with them and their sporting events. Along with spending time with his children, James also loves spending time with his dog, Ruca, who is a mixed breed.
